Study Materials for Dynamics CRM 2013 Certification
Microsoft has released from materials for you to prepare for the certifications, which can be found in this blog article. But these are available for download only for the Microsoft Partners from the Partner Portal.
But if you want to go deep into the training, you might find the online courses by Microsoft useful, although they tend to be a bit pricey. It’s $349 for each course for a year, except the Introduction one which is $249 for a year.
The following courses are available in the Microsoft Training catalogue:
- Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
- Installation and Deployment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
- Sales Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
- Customer Service in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
- Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
Best of luck to those who are preparing for these certifications!
Hi..is there any free tutorial or guides that I can use to prepare for the certification exams? 🙂
Hi hbroek,
There’s isn’t any free guide/eLearning by Microsoft. But what you can do is go through the new CRM 2013 features in various blogs and YouTube. Also, there have been a couple of people who have already passed the exam and according to them, for you to successfully pass the 2013 exams, you need to be strong in 2011, because the questions are based on CRM basics (from 2011) and the new features (from 2013),
So, if you’re strong in 2011, and you’ve gone through the new features of 2013, passing the exams shouldn’t be that difficult. Hope this helps!
Hi, I am learning Dynamics CRM and I am new to it. I think giving the certifications will increase my knowledge. Can you suggest which exam I should give first and if I can get any reference materials for preparing?
Thank you,
